Maison Vyra offers complimentary global transit for all acquisitions. Each essence is housed in our signature gold-embossed vessel, resting on a bed of black velvet, and meticulously protected by artisanal, temperature-controlled packaging.

THE 14-DAY PROMISE

We understand that finding your signature scent is an intimate journey. Should an unopened, sealed acquisition not meet your expectations, Maison Vyra permits returns within 14 days of delivery. Due to the delicate and pure nature of our botanical extracts, opened flacons cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

COMPLIMENTARY VIALS

To ensure perfect harmony with your skin chemistry, every full-sized order includes a complimentary 2ml discovery vial of the exact same essence. We encourage you to test the vial before breaking the seal on your primary flacon.

We utilize high-level 256-bit SSL encryption for all digital transactions and intentionally do not store payment credentials on our boutique servers.

We collect only what is strictly necessary to curate your bespoke experience: your shipping residence, contact details, and acquisition history. This ensures our Concierge can assist you seamlessly during future visits to the boutique.

OUR PLEDGE OF DISCRETION

Your preferences and contact details are treated as highly confidential. Maison Vyra absolutely forbids the sale, lease, or distribution of our client manifest to third-party marketing entities. Your data remains strictly within the Maison.

THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN

In accordance with global privacy standards, you hold full sovereignty over your digital footprint. Should you wish to permanently erase your identity from the Vyra Archives, simply contact our Concierge team. Your records will be completely purged within 48 hours.

All content within this digital atelier—including imagery, typography, fragrance compositions, and brand nomenclature—is the exclusive intellectual property of Maison Vyra Paris. Reproduction, distribution, or replication of our digital or physical assets without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

ACQUISITION LIMITS

To ensure our limited-batch essences remain accessible to our genuine clientele, Maison Vyra reserves the right to restrict the quantity of flacons acquired per individual or household. Orders suspected of unauthorized wholesale or redistribution will be immediately voided.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from your engagement with Maison Vyra shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris.
